1. Cashless Transactions Policy
All hotels operating under our portfolio maintain a cashless payment system to enhance guest safety, operational efficiency, and overall service quality.
All payments made within the hotel premises—including but not limited to accommodation, dining, bar services, and other hotel facilities—must be settled using approved electronic payment methods.
These may include:
- Debit and credit cards
- Mobile money and electronic fund transfers
- Other digital payment platforms approved by the hotel
Cash payments are not accepted at any point within the hotel premises.
This policy enables faster transactions, improved security, and accurate financial records for both guests and the hotel.
For further information regarding accepted payment methods, guests are encouraged to contact the reservations or front office team prior to arrival.
